The mysterious construction in SqwishLand is finally finished! The newest room in SqwishLand, The City, has opened its doors for SqwishLand players. With new minigames and new SqwishLanders, everybody will surely have fun with the revamped virtual world – SqwishLand 3.0.

New avatars and furniture are now also up for grabs at the Sqwop. Buying in the game's virtual store is now easier with the items segregated . Items in the Sqwop, the game's virtual store, are now segregated in the different regions of SqwishLand based on their themes.

Stay tuned because bigger surprises will be coming soon in SqwishLand 3.0!

SqwishLand launches new toy lineup

The virtual world of SqwishLand recently welcomed the new year with a revamped look and new exciting game features. Now SqwishLand Retail, LLC launches new SqwishLand toys to get 2012 off to a great start!

Some of these include the newly added Pig and Panda blank toy canvas, DIY SqwishLand, which is a favorite among mom bloggers. Kids will also be more inspired to save up when they have a cute and colorful piggy bank like the Sqwowfish and Sqwalligator Collector Bank. The bank also features another great way to display your favorite SqwishLand toys.

Get to know the father of SqwishLand, Dax Logue! In this article by TD monthly, he tells us how the idea started and what challenges he had to face to get to where he is today.

Q. How did you come up with the idea for your first product?

A. I used to use other companies’ IP to promote a design. One day, after sending out a $175,000 check to the IP holder I said, "I could come up with toys kids would like and keep this expenditure in house." Shortly after that, I formed my own studio and we started studying the market for what was hot. I guess the answer to your question is we studied trends and jumped in!
